Mindful Monday’s Is Your Invitation To Slow Down, Soften, and Reconnect

There is something powerful about starting your week with your feet in the sand and the sound of the ocean in your ears.

As the sun begins to dip over the water in Delray Beach, we gather for a gentle, all-levels beach yoga flow designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and return to your body.

And then we connect, because Mondays deserve a little magic and a lot of togetherness.

Here’s What You’ll Experience:

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Gentle Beach Yoga Flow

Move slowly and intentionally as the ocean breeze supports your breath. This class is accessible for beginners and nourishing for experienced yogis alike. Expect grounding movement, mindful stretching, and space to truly exhale.

Sound Bowl Meditation

We close our practice with a soothing sound bowl meditation, allowing the vibrations to settle your nervous system and anchor your intentions for the week ahead.

7:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Community Connection

Stay after yoga to connect. Watch the sunset. Share conversations. Meet like-hearted humans. Feel what it is like to simply be together in nature without rushing off to the next thing.

This is about remembering that we are not meant to do life alone.

  • Location: We will meet at the south end of Delray Beach, near the volleyball nets across from Anchor Park, by lifeguard tower S5.

  • Parking: Easy parking is available at Anchor Park.

  • Cost: Donation based
