In today’s busy world, it’s easy to disconnect from your body and lose touch with the stillness that lives inside you. Private yoga sessions offer a sacred pause—a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

Each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you’re looking to build strength and flexibility, manage stress, or deepen your self-awareness, these sessions help you return to balance through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.

What to Expect in a Session

We begin with a short conversation to check in with how you’re feeling in your body and mind, followed by a customized sequence that may include:

  • Gentle postures and stretches to release tension and build mobility

  • Breathwork to calm the nervous system and support emotional regulation

  • Meditation or guided relaxation to quiet the mind and center your energy

Each session becomes a dialogue between body and breath—a practice of listening, softening, and creating space for healing to unfold naturally.

Unlike group classes, 1:1 sessions provide personalized attention and intuitive guidance. I’ll help you modify poses, explore alignment, and move in a way that feels safe and nurturing for your body.

Where We Can Practice

You get to choose the space that feels most nourishing to you. Sessions are available:

  • Online via Zoom for convenience and flexibility

  • In-person at your home for privacy and comfort

  • On the beach for those who feel most at peace surrounded by the elements

    Each setting offers a different kind of medicine—stillness, connection, and the freedom to just be.

Investment

  • Rate: $125 per session

  • Package: Sessions are purchased in sets of 3 for consistency and deeper transformation at $300.00

  • Private yoga sessions are not covered by insurance.
